General Instructions for Frozen Foods

First, we thank you for helping us, and without you, we could not accomplish much.

 

  1. Please choose good quality freezer bags or appropriately-sized baking containers with lids. 
  2. Label with ones provided at the bottom of the recipe.
  3.  If you prepare more dishes than you have labels for, please copy the wording on something and attach it before freezing.  (Labels tend not to stick after freezing.)
  4.  If you are using freezer bags, please bag a second time just in case something leaks when thawing.
  5.  Dollar tree stores, Big Lots, and Wal-Mart are good places to buy containers cheaply.  If you find a better source, please let me know.
  6.  Please note that we are happy to receive your own specialties and creations.
